The secret to feeling younger might surprise you

What if Purpose is the Real Fountain of Youth?

This week, I had the honour of sitting down for coffee with a dear friend—someone doing deeply courageous work behind enemy lines, rescuing girls and women from human trafficking. It was the kind of conversation that stays with you. One insight, in particular, keeps echoing in my heart:

“I feel like I’m getting younger every day—because my life is filled with purpose.”

Let that land for a moment. It is for me.

This is dangerous, emotionally crushing work. It’s relentless, traumatic, and at times nearly impossible. And yet—he wakes up every morning with enthusiasm for what’s ahead. Because his days are filled with meaning. With impact. With purpose.

And somehow, that purpose is giving him back life. It’s fuelling his body and spirit with vitality.

Isn’t that what we’re all longing for at the end of the day? Not just to get through life, but to pour ourselves into something that matters. Something that stirs our soul and keeps us grounded—even as we grow and stretch and age.

Purpose, it seems, isn’t just about doing good. It’s about feeling alive.

So let me ask you:

🌀 What makes you feel younger?
🌀 What fills you with life, vitality, and a spark of joie de vivre?
🌀 And what if that could be your life?

👉 Hit reply and tell me what gives you that sense of purpose. I’d love to know.
Or, if you’re still searching—stay tuned. This community is here to walk with you as you uncover it.

To purpose that renews us,
